Scrappin Wagon ships via USPS. Orders Priority Mail within the continental USA- Most orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.  We offer the following methods of shipping:

International customers are responsible to pay for all duties, customs and tax fees they may incur on purchases made at the Scrappin Wagon, LLC. As required by law, appropriate custom forms will be attached to the outside of package declaring the value of merchandise in package. It will be marked as merchandise and we will not mark it as "gift." We will also not devalue a package-no exceptions will be made to this policy. Due to the fact, the USPS does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation on international orders, we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Inventory

Please note that we do our best to keep our inventory accurate. However, occassionally due to human error or software error our count may be off. If this happens, please know we will still ship your other items with a notation on the invoice. Please see our Refund Policy below.

Return Policy

The Scrappin Wagon wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If there is a problem with your order please contact us  within 5 days so we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible. An item may be returned if it is returned in it's original unopened packaging minus shipping and return shipping charges. 

 **Refunds or partial refunds will be issued with a company check. This is due to the fact, we do not personally receive your credit card information this is received through our merchant so we cannot credit an account. A check will sent as soon as item(s) have been received.
